Each referral you generate that goes live with iMedDoc, earns you a gift card. We’ll issue this within 5 working days of their go-live date. There’s no cap on how many you can earn.
Four simple steps on how our referral programme works
Many current iMedDoc customers have come to us via a recommendation from a consultant, practice manager, medical secretary or peer that uses our system or has asked about it. The program we run is designed to be as simple as that initial conversation when we get recommended.
Login to iMedDoc
Log in to your iMedDoc account, in the top right you’ll see the “Refer & Earn” button. When clicked, you’ll be able to start the referral process as well as track your current referral rewards.
Enter your & their details
Enter your details so we know who the referrer is and who to send the gift cards to. Then, enter the details of the person or practice you’re referring. We’ll send you a £50 Gift Card for a valid Mobile Number and another £50 Gift Card for a valid Email.
We log the referral
Our team will reach out to your referral to validate the phone number and/or email address you provide. If they’re a legitimate new prospect, we’ll confirm this and send either the £50 or £100 gift card.
We send your final gift card
Once the referred practice goes live with iMedDoc, our team will contact you within 5 working days to confirm and arrange your final £100 gift card.

Our referral programme is open to all existing iMedDoc customers. Below are the questions we hear most often.
There’s no limit on the number of practices you can refer. Every practice you refer will earn you a separate gift card, with no cap on qualifying referrals.
Gift cards are sent within 5 working days of our team validating the phone number or email address or both details you provide. Once your referral goes live with iMedDoc, we’ll send the final £100 gift card within 5 working days. We’ll reach out to confirm the details before we send it, you won’t need to follow up with us.
Yes, any practice you refer needs to be new to iMedDoc and do not currently hold an iMedDoc account and are not already in discussion with our team.
The £100 gift card is only issued when a referred practice goes live with iMedDoc. If the practice you refer does not proceed for any reason, we won’t issue a gift card, and there’s no obligation on your part. You can still earn up to £100 if the phone number and/or email address is valid, regardless if they go live.
