Each referral you generate that goes live with iMedDoc earns you a gift card, issued within 5 working days of their go-live date. There is no cap on how many you can earn.

Four simple steps on how our referral programme works

Many current iMedDoc customers have come to us via a recommendation from a consultant, practice manager, medical secretary, or peer who uses our system or has been asked about it. The programme is designed to be as straightforward as that initial conversation.

Recommend iMedDoc

Tell a colleague, peer, or practice about iMedDoc. Or simply tell them what system you use when they ask.

Ask them to mention your name

When your peer first contacts our team, ask them to mention your name and practice. That is all they need to do.

We log the referral

As soon as they speak with our team and mention your name and practice, we record the referral against your account. There is nothing for you to track or chase.

We send your gift card

Once the referred practice goes live with iMedDoc, our team will contact you within 5 working days to confirm and arrange your gift card.

Our referral programme is open to all existing iMedDoc customers. Below are the questions we hear most often.

What is the limit on the number of practices I can refer?

There’s no limit on the number of practices you can refer. Every practice you refer will earn you a separate gift card, with no cap on qualifying referrals.

When do I receive my gift card?

Gift cards are sent within 5 working days of your referral going live with iMedDoc. We’ll reach out to confirm the details before we send it, you won’t need to follow up with us.

Does the practice I refer need to be new to iMedDoc?

Yes, any practice you refer needs to be new to iMedDoc and do not currently hold an iMedDoc account and are not already in discussion with our team.

What happens if the practice I refer doesn’t go live?

Gift cards are only issued when a referred practice goes live with iMedDoc. If the practice you refer does not proceed for any reason, we won’t issue a gift card, and there’s no obligation on your part.

When does my referral need to mention my name and practice?

Let your referral know to mention they’ve been referred during or before their first conversation with our team. We’re unable to apply a referral retrospectively once a contract is issued.

Who is eligible to make a referral?

Our programme is open to all existing iMedDoc customers. If you’re unsure whether your account is eligible, please get in touch and we’ll be able to confirm your standing.
